FAQs

TICKETS:

  • Seating is General Admission.
  • Everyone attending a performance must have a ticket, regardless of age.
  • Please print your tickets from home or have them available on your mobile device for scanning.  We will not have a hard copy to give you at the box office.  We can help you if you forget/can't find your ticket, but it may delay your entry.
  • Box Office will open 45 minutes prior to show start.
  • Doors to the house will open 30 minutes before show start.
  • Tickets can only be used for the show time/date that they are purchased for and will be scanned upon entry.
  • Tickets are available for purchase via this website or "at the door" the day of the show.  Same day tickets are based on availability/capacity restrictions, and will be subject to small additional fees.  We recommend advanced purchase when possible.  Tickets can be purchased through the website up until the start time of the show.
  • If a show is "sold out" it will be reflected on this website.
  • Tickets are e-mailed to you or sent via SMS depending on your details entered at checkout.  You should receive a link to the ticket within a few minutes after purchase.
  • Please note that listed ticket prices do not include applicable fees.  Processing fees cover credit card fees and transaction fees associated with our ticketing software/website service.
  • All ticket sales are final (see Refund Policy).  Special circumstances apply in event of show cancellation, and you will qualify for a refund (minus processing fees) should we need to cancel the show.

HEALTH SAFETY:

MASKS are CURRENTLY REQUIRED for ALL patrons.

The Highland Park Players prioritizes the health and safety of our patrons, staff, volunteers and artists. We will strive to ensure your safety. Please be patient and understanding as health guidelines are frequently in flux.

We follow health guidance from the CDC and Illinois Department of Health. We have taken enhanced health safety and cleaning measures to protect artists and patrons and reduce transmission risks of the coronavirus. Please understand your own personal health risks and take proper precautions in your exposure decisions. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending, participants assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Due to recent update of the CDC mask guidance and Cook County is now at a level of “substantial transmission,” we will follow CDC indoor event guidance for face masks:

MASKS are CURRENTLY REQUIRED for ALL patrons.

Do NOT attend our show if you feel sick.
